Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers to assigned routes and monitor real-time progress to ensure service completion.
- Adjust schedules and routes as needed to accommodate staffing levels, equipment availability, and service priorities.
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers throughout the day; communicate route changes, delays, or safety concerns.
- Track and input route data into dispatching systems or software.
- Respond to service inquiries, customer complaints, or missed pickups by coordinating corrective action with drivers and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate logs of driver hours, service incidents, and daily activities.
- Communicate with maintenance and operations teams regarding equipment status or breakdowns.
Salary : $18 - $21
