Position Summary
This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a techno-functional Product Specialist with hands-on experience supporting and improving Enterprise CMS platforms. The current environment is built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with an active migration underway to Sanity CMS.
The Product Specialist will take ownership of tasks, provide clear documentation and updates, and work cross-functionally to support both no-code and code-based workflows. This position will also contribute to content strategy, prioritization, and process improvements throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, track, and document tasks for ongoing CMS enhancements and migration initiatives.

Support both no-code and code-based implementations within AEM until the full migration to Sanity is complete.

Lead and coordinate activities related to the migration from AEM to Sanity, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Assist in developing and refining content strategy to align with overall business objectives.

Partner closely with development teams to help execute technical tasks and remove blockers.

Prioritize tasks, requests, and enhancements to maximize impact and meet deadlines.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Provide consistent status updates, summaries, and communication to stakeholders.
Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role supporting Enterprise CMS platforms.

Familiarity with Sanity CMS or comparable headless CMS platforms.

Strong understanding of no-code tools and basic coding concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation abilities.

Proven capability to manage multiple initiatives and effectively prioritize work.

Experience with any enterprise-level CMS is a plus.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of frontend development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Previous experience with CMS migration projects, content workflows, or content strategy.
