Position Summary
The Front Desk Wellness Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while supporting the daily operations of the studio. This role combines customer service, studio operations, and membership sales to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience
- Welcome members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Check members in and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Build positive relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service.
Studio Operations
- Open and close the studio following company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Restock supplies and prepare treatment rooms.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory and daily operational tasks.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Process payments accurately.
- Manage bookings and member accounts.
- Handle membership changes.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with daily reports.
Sales & Memberships
- Educate guests on memberships, packages, and promotions.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
- Convert trial guests into long-term members.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Reliable and punctual
- Evening and weekend availability
Preferred

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
