The Physical Security Project Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for enterprise physical security initiatives, contributing to the successful delivery of system implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. This role operates primarily in a remote capacity with limited onsite engagement in the Houston area to support coordination, stakeholder alignment, and vendor activities.
The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams including Physical Security, Facilities, IT, and third-party vendors. This position supports system lifecycle activities across video management systems (VMS), access control systems (ACS), and related security technologies.
The role requires a detail-oriented and process-driven professional who can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, support technical documentation, and contribute to installation and commissioning activities in a remote coordination capacity. This individual will also help ensure adherence to security standards, configuration consistency, and quality assurance practices across all project workstreams.
