We are currently hiring a part-time Janitor in Troy, Michigan
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:30pm-10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in administrative offices, holding areas, locker rooms, dispatch rooms, and public entry areas. This includes mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, surface disinfecting, restroom sanitation, and glass cleaning. Due to the sensitive nature of the location, discretion and adherence to specific cleaning protocols are required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Commercial cleaning experience with knowledge of janitorial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and safe chemical handling
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for long periods
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members and supervisors
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must pass a standard background check and have reliable transportation
