We are currently looking for a part time Janitor for a small office building in the Waterford, MI area.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Shift: 6PM-9PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, sanitizing, etc)
- Report to supervisor any issues
- Notify onsite supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Ability to lift/pull heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Communication skills
- Ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time
- Familiarity with Material Safety
- Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team
- Be on time or early
- Friendly, people oriented
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a standard background check
- Must have reliable transportation to work
