Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $15.29 - $16.23 hourly. Will process Head Start receivables and payments according to agency procedures. Will ensure that invoices are accurately reconciled in a timely manner, are accurately coded, have an assigned purchase order, and are submitted appropriately. Will meet schedules and deadlines and perform routine tasks with minimal supervision. Must possess and maintain the necessary skill level in technology systems and software required to perform job duties. Working 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, 260 days per year.
A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate degree is preferred.
