Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $14.44 - $15.63 hourly. Lincolnshire Apartments. Will coordinate office services. Will provide information to and interview prospective residents and assist applicants with completion of housing applications. Will assist with maintenance work orders, applicant files, maintain business transaction records, and perform clerical duties. Must possess and maintain the necessary skill level in technology systems and software required to perform job duties. Working 40 hours per week.
A high school diploma or GED and two years of office experience or an associate degree is required. Experience in the housing field is preferred.
