Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $16.19 - $17.53 hourly. Will prepare program participants for self-sufficiency through employment training, work experience placements, and career counseling. Will utilize various recruitment materials and methods to reach the appropriate audience for potential program participation and partnership. Will evaluate, enroll, and monitor program participants, host agencies, community partners, and employers on database as required. Working 20 hours per week. This project is funded under a contract with the Department of Aging and Independent Living with state and federal funds.
An associate degree in business, human services, or a related field or two years of experience in career placement, employment development, or a related field is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
