Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $14.49 hourly. Lincolnshire Apartments. Will perform all cleaning tasks and ensure that each unit is cleaned as specified by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations. Will assist in removing furniture, other items, and trash from vacated units and ensure that all units are ready for occupancy per HUD regulations. Will maintain and inventory cleaning supplies and complete other duties as assigned. Working 20 hours per week.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience in housekeeping is preferred.
