JOB PURPOSEThe Sales Support Representative provides administrative, operational, and customer support to the Sales team to drive revenue and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process. This role acts as a liaison between Sales, customers, and internal departments by managing orders. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES· Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.· Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, and invoice preparation· Prepare, manage, and process sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and customer orders.· Enter, track, and close customer orders, coordinating with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams.· Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, payments, and documentation.· Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and required documentation; send payment lists as needed.· Accurately enter, update, review, and maintain customer, order, and payment data in internal systems, spreadsheets, CRM, and contact management tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.· Create and manage spreadsheets for order tracking, payments, and sales activity.· Generate basic sales reports and support sales performance tracking.· Support showroom and inventory organization, ensuring displays are accurate, clean, and well-maintained.· Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, accuracy, and overall efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.· Prior experience in sales support, customer service, administrative, or related roles preferred.· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Bilingual preferred.
