Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented person to join the team at our thriving dental practice. You will have a very important role as you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payments and enter information into the computer. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, detail oriented and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent patient experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services
Qualifications
- as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Two or more years of experience in a dental office
