Role Highlights
- Deliver Seamless Benefits: Administer a wide range of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence.
- End-to-End Benefits Management: Oversee enrollments, life events, and terminations while ensuring accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
- Data-Driven Impact: Monitor and analyze plan usage, generate executive reports, and identify opportunities to enhance benefit offerings.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Partnership: Own relationships with third-party administrators, brokers, payroll, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and aligned benefits experience.
- Open Enrollment Leadership: Coordinate and deliver a best-in-class annual open enrollment experience with clear, engaging communication.
- Employee Champion: Serve as the go-to expert for employee inquiries, helping colleagues understand and maximize their benefits.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Lead audits, reporting (including 401(k) and EEO), and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
It Would be Great If
- You bring strong technical expertise in HRIS systems and data integrations, paired with proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook)
- You can translate complex benefits information into clear, employee-friendly communication, both written and verbal
- You have 5 years of experience in benefits administration, including open enrollment and a strong understanding of multi-state benefits and leave of absence programs
- You have a solid understanding of benefits programs and key regulations such as ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and the ACA
- You’re highly organized with strong analytical, documentation, and process improvement skills, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- You excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders and enjoy collaborating across teams and partners
- You bring a positive, team-oriented mindset and are passionate about enhancing the employee experience

💰 Salary of $70,000-$95,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 2 main stages:
- One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to a call with our HR Business Partner where we’ll explore your experience in more detail and give you the opportunity to ask any questions—we want this to be as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you.
- The last and final stage is an interview with our Head of HR and a senior leader from the hiring team.
