AUDITOR GENERAL

The Arizona Auditor General serves as an independent source of impartial information concerning State and local governmental entities and provides specific recommendations to improve the operations of those entities. We achieve our mission through the thoroughly specific research, audits, and investigations of our professional team members who educate stakeholders through our reports, alerts, and reviews. Salary: $20 per hour and potential eligibility for college credit

• Help conduct financial statement and compliance audits.
• Learn and apply the AICPA’s generally accepted auditing standards, U.S. Government Auditing Standards, and other federal auditing requirements to our auditees.

• Be in your junior or senior year of your accounting bachelor’s degree program and have completed some upper division accounting classes or be in a master’s degree program.

HOURS: Flexible hours, 15-40 hours per week, to meet your school schedule.
