We are looking for an up-and-coming star to help us grow our client services department.

Our Client Service Representatives provide our clients the ultimate customer service experience. This important position involves complete administrative duties related to client retention. We want an optimistic, positive person. You must be able to handle working with several different databases of information. We believe in a team approach where you can ask for help when needed but at times you will also need to know how to figure things out on your own and be able to come up with solutions. We want a go-getter with a great work ethic and a strong eye for detail.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create a connection and develop rapport with clients
• Respond to inquiries both written and verbal
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and direct callers to appropriate person
• Draft correspondence and generate basic form documents

Desired Qualifications:

• Customer service experience: experience providing excellent service to clients.
• Organizations skills: able to prioritize their work and understand when it is appropriate to give certain tasks priority over others.
• Coachable: someone who is self-aware, can recognize areas of opportunity, and receive feedback to improve their skill set.
• Communication Skills: able to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing.
• Ability to multitask: remain engaged and thorough in your work while actively handling two or more tasks

Must have a valid drivers license.

Monday-Thursday: 8-5 Friday: 8-4

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
