The Audiology Assistant will work alongside licensed Audiologists to provide support in diagnostic evaluations, patient care, and administrative tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient clinic operations and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.

- Provide follow-up care for hearing aid patients, including clean and checks, basic repairs, and patient education on device use.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining office equipment, and ordering supplies.
- Document clinical activities accurately in patient charts and referral notes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in transitioning patients into discussions regarding amplification options based on test results.
- Notify supervising Audiologists or Physicians of any issues related to patient care, equipment, or supplies.

- Uphold professional standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assisting program preferred.

- licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Medical Assistant.
- Prior experience in audiology or otolaryngology settings preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
