Audiology Intelligence | Full-Time | In-Office (Flexible)
About Us
Audiology Intelligence is a digital marketing agency and technology company built exclusively for audiology private practices. We combine clinical expertise with AI-driven automation to help practice owners grow, from voice AI agents and marketing automation to websites, SEO, and digital advertising. We move fast, we build real systems, and our clients see real results.
The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can build, launch, and optimize the marketing engines behind our clients' growth, and ours. You'll work hands-on across automation, landing pages, paid ads, and creative assets. This is a doer role: you'll ship campaigns, not just plan them.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and build marketing automations — design, launch, and refine automated campaign workflows (email, SMS, and beyond) for clients and internal growth initiatives
- Create and update landing pages — build high-converting pages for campaigns, events, and lead generation
- Manage marketing databases — keep client and internal contact databases clean, segmented, and campaign-ready
- Assist with digital advertising — support Meta and Google Ads campaigns (and new channels as we expand), including setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Produce marketing assets — create physical and digital creative (graphics, print pieces, campaign visuals) that match brand standards
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign workflows
- Experience building landing pages (page builders, CMS, or CRM-native tools)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong attention to detail with data — comfortable managing contact lists, segments, and databases
- Design sense for creating clean, on-brand marketing assets
- Self-starter who can take a campaign brief and run with it
Bonus Points
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) — preferred, not required; we'll train the right person
- Background in healthcare, medical, or local-business marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, ClaudeAI, Open Claw, Grok, ChatGPT, or similar
- Experience with email/SMS deliverability best practices
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
Work Location: In person
Salary : $17 - $21
