We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate Audiologist to join our team in the Edina office. You will work in tandem with our exceptional Patient Care Coordinators, Audiology Technicians and Insurance department, ensuring our patients receive an unmatched, individualized experience while allowing you to focus on what you do best: transforming lives through better hearing.
Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Diagnostic & Clinical Excellence
- Conduct comprehensive, gold-standard hearing assessments (including Air, Bone, Speech, and QuickSIN).
- Perform objective testing including tympanometry and acoustic reflexes.
- Utilize advanced verification tools, including Real Ear Measurements (REM) and HIT box measurements, to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
2. Patient-Centered Treatment & Specialty Care
- Conduct meaningful hearing aid evaluations and guide patients through their personalized hearing healthcare journey.
- Prescribe and fit advanced hearing technologies utilizing clinical best practices—including specialized Phonak Lyric extended-wear devices.
- Provide comprehensive tinnitus evaluation and management. As the state's leading clinic for tinnitus care, we welcome both established experts and candidates who are eager and open to being trained in this highly rewarding specialty.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by maintaining up-to-date knowledge on multiple manufacturers' technologies and software.
3. Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Maintain prompt, accurate, and professional electronic medical charting and reports.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to track key clinical outcomes and performance metrics that drive clinic growth.
- Participate actively in assigned committee meetings to help shape the future of our practice.

Qualifications:- Master’s or Doctorate (Au.D.) in Audiology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing licensure (in good standing) in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong proficiency in multiple manufacturers' fitting protocols, software, and products, along with a willingness to learn Lyric fittings.
- An openness and enthusiasm for treating tinnitus patients.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and compassionate communication skills.
