As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Ambassador / Concierge Customer Service Patient Representative to join our team in Western Kentucky.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Patient Ambassador. In this position, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients from the moment they contact us. As an ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our patients, ensuring their journey with Audiology & Hearing Center is seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with general inquiries.
Patient Relations:
- Cultivate positive relationships with patients, providing an empathetic and supportive environment.
- Anticipate and address patient needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ambassadorial Role:
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Audiology & Hearing Center's values and commitment to excellence.
- Attend community events or health fairs to represent the practice and engage with potential Patients.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and services.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and general information.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to contribute to the efficient operation of the practice.
