We are seeking a reliable order entry specialist with great customer service skills in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for accurately entering sales order data into our software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales from website and 3rd party websites including a number of different steps involved.
- Communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail and chat.
- Follow-up with suppliers to get tracking and other order information.
- You'll help with data entry and website page assistance when available (training provided)
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Quickbooks experience is a plus.
