What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Assistant at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assist in managing all warehouse activities, including storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet production and customer demands.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- Deliver materials to project sites in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.

- Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off: 13 PTO days (plus 1 day per year of employment)
