This role is key to our business — you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping turn inquiries into booked services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google
- Follow up with sales leads in a timely and professional manner
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Post content and keep social media platforms active and engaging
- Respond to and manage customer reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms

Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales mindset — ability to convert inquiries into clients
- Highly responsive and organized
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple conversations
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Automotive knowledge is a plus (not required)
