AUDIO-LOGIC, PC is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our local, community-oriented practice in Columbus, Nebraska.

Responsibilities include:

  • Warmly greeting patients and other visitors
  • Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Outbound calling to current and prospective patients
  • Entering and updating all patient information including intake and insurance forms
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Receiving funds and processing payments
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in administration, accounting, sales, healthcare, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with patients and external partners.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent listening, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
  • Ability to accurately process and track financial transactions, including payments, reconciliations, and basic accounting functions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency with office systems, including scheduling software, electronic medical records (EMR), and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Willingness and ability to travel for training or professional development, as required by the practice
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate ($18-$19/hr DOE)
