We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator for our Apopka, FL office.
The Audio Enhancement Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting, monitoring, and executing the day-to-day workloads and projects of the warehouse team under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This includes tasking team members and prioritizing workload, training and ensuring adherence to warehouse processes and procedures to achieve accurate and efficient inventory handling and order fulfillment. Also, the Warehouse Supervisor will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will be responsible for new hire training and other training when process and procedures are updated or changed. The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the National Warehouse Manager.
Duties Include:
- Oversee building security and lawn care.
- Building maintenance, including performing minor repairs and scheduling contractors for larger issues.
- Receive and ship equipment to customers.
- Comfortable driving a forklift.
- Support, monitor, and execute daily warehouse workloads and projects under direction of the Warehouse Manager.
- Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure adherence to warehouse processes and procedures.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for training new hires and for training on updated or changed processes.
- Support accurate and efficient inventory handling and order fulfillment.

- Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Compensation:
Hourly Wage Negotiable based on skill level and experience.
