We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist for our West Jordan, Utah office!
This position is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls and greeting guests, all in a friendly and efficient manner. The Receptionist will also be responsible for miscellaneous administrative duties, including assisting with print jobs, and event planning.
Duties Include:
- Answer and route incoming calls politely and efficiently.
- Help keep kitchen area clean and restock items as needed.
- Greet guests and help make them feel comfortable while waiting.
- Managing office inventory.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Assist with employee incentives, expenses and errands.
- Assist in lunch orders.
- Assist in setting up trainings.
- Assist in birthday and anniversary recognitions.
- Maintaining the vending machine.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fast learner.
- Previous experience answering phones preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft office.
- Friendly and customer service oriented.
- Valid Driver's License
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
