We’re growing and looking for an experienced full time Networking/Audio/Video Technician who wants a long-term home with a stable, reputable team.
About the Role
You’ll install, program, and service residential and light commercial AV systems throughout Southern New England. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in clean, professional work, and values being part of a company with deep roots and a strong reputation.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, and service networks/audio/video and home automation systems
- Integrate systems including Lutron lighting, motorized shades, networking, and control platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear customer education
- Maintain a professional presence on job sites and in client homes
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality installations
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in AV installation, service, or networking
- Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Control4, URC, or similar platforms is a plus (not required)

Salary Range
$40,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience.
