Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Wilmington, NC. The Sales Associate will support customers by providing expert guidance on home audio, video, and automation products, assisting in selecting tailored solutions to meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer preferences, demonstrating product features, providing personalized recommendations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the showroom is organized, stocked, and presents an inviting and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Sales skills, including consultative selling experience and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of home audio, video, and home automation systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
