Overview
As an Ear Mold Technician, your precision and craftsmanship will directly impact the quality of hearing solutions for our customers. The role involves various tasks throughout the manufacturing process but is primarily responsible for manually hand finishing the ear molds by shaping and polishing. Whether you are an experienced or inexperience technician who's ready to learn, our highly skilled team will provided you with full training. Earmold or dental technician experience is highly desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom ear molds by utilizing tools to grind, shape, and polish molds accurately.
- Investigate, trim and prepare initial impressions.
- Verify paperwork.
- Perform quality control on the products.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production environment, including materials handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Support health and safety objective and manufacturing initiatives by adhering to process standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to use tools effectively for assembly and finishing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high product quality.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well with others.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
