Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, responsible for selling new and pre-owned Audi vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to achieving sales targets while upholding our dealership’s standards of excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a premium sales experience that aligns with Audi’s luxury standards.
Sales Execution: Drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and negotiating deals to meet sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Audi vehicles, including features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
Compliance: Ensure all sales transactions comply with California DMV regulations and MVSC agreement terms, including electronic vehicle registration (eFiling) and data security protocols.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow up with clients, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a luxury dealership.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; proficiency in CRM systems.
Licenses: Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
Knowledge: Passion for luxury vehicles (Audi knowledge a plus) and familiarity with DMV compliance requirements.
