Job Summary

As an Audi/VW Certified Technician at Audi West Covina, you will perform reconditioning, maintenance, and repairs on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, as well as other makes, to prepare them for retail. Your expertise and certifications will ensure our vehicles meet factory standards and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical diagnostics, and repairs.

• Conduct routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, fluid exchanges) and complex repairs on Audi and VW models.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using advanced diagnostic tools and Audi/VW-specific software.

• Ensure all vehicles meet Audi and Volkswagen factory standards, as well as dealership quality and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with service advisors and sales teams to provide accurate repair timelines and vehicle condition reports.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.

Qualifications

• Audi or Volkswagen factory certification preferred(e.g., Audi Technician Certification or VW Master Technician).

• 2 years of experience as a certified technician, with expertise in Audi/VW systems and reconditioning processes.

• Proficiency with Audi/VW diagnostic tools (e.g., ODIS, VAS) and repair equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering retail-ready vehicles.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
