Purpose: The Product Specialist’s mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience by offering in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and assisting customers throughout the buying process.
Essential Duties:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, offering assistance and information about our vehicles.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the dealership.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives with customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the vehicles.
- Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, specifications, and options.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about competitive models and their features.
- Assist customers in navigating the buying process, including financing and trade-ins.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, ensuring a positive impression of the dealership.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Other Duties:
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle inventory to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer inquiries, concerns, and suggestions.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
