What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Complete comprehensive digital vehicle inspections.
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations with service advisors.
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Mentor and assist fellow technicians when appropriate.
- Continuously develop your technical skills through factory and ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum five years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Audi, Volkswagen, or other European brand experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Personal technician tools.
