Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics on modern vehicles (Audi or European brand experience preferred).
- Familiarity with manufacturer-specific and general diagnostic equipment, service information systems, and basic computer skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and manufacturer standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program, ASE certifications, or Audi factory training is a plus.
