Audi Little Rock is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. If you have automotive service advisor experience or an automotive sales or service background, this is your chance to build a long-term career with a dealership that values your skills and invests in your success.

Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide clear repair recommendations and estimates
- Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Accurately document repair orders and work with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Help maintain strong CSI, profitability, and compliance with OEM guidelines
Qualifications/Requirements:
1 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred- OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
