Rick Case Audi Gwinnett is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Portfolio Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals with automotive experience especially in management, VIP sales, or customer service that thrive on building relationships and using data-driven insights to enhance customer loyalty through upgrades and refinances.
As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll engage with service drive customers, identify high-value opportunities using advanced data tools, and ensure a seamless, premium experience from initial contact to final delivery. This position offers a consistent schedule, a unique pay structure, and the opportunity to work alongside the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement
- Greet service drive customers and assess potential for upgrades or refinancing.
- Utilize dealership data mining software to identify and pursue high-value leads.
- Present Audi upgrade options and benefits in a professional and compelling manner.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that align with their lifestyle and preferences.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs to the sales management team.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to the VIP Sales Manager.
- Conduct dealership tours and schedule first service appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to support long-term customer satisfaction.
Communication & Appointment Management
·Monitor service check-ins, send reminders, follow-ups.
· Confirm scheduled appointments and manage daily appointment lists.
· Review and follow-up on missed appointments.
· Update appointment notes and communicate with sales staff.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in the automotive industry (e.g., management, VIP sales, customer service).
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-driven and capable of working independently.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Proficiency with computers, internet tools, and smartphones.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Willingness to participate in ongoing training and sales meetings.
· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
