Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of leads from both our Audi and Ford dealerships in Great Neck.
- Connect with potential clients, follow up, and help turn inquiries into satisfied customers.
- Utilize VIN Solutions CRM to track, manage, and grow your pipeline. Bonus points if you know your way around AutoAlert or automotive Mastermind.
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to drive results and exceed goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience with VIN Solutions
- CRM valued highly
- Experience with Auto Alert
- Experience working in a dealership
