Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician based in Gilbert, AZ. The Technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi vehicles, ensuring they meet high safety and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing issues, using specialized tools, conducting repairs, and performing routine vehicle maintenance. The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality service while maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures
- Experience in routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing vehicle inspections
- Ability to use specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear service explanations to clients
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- ASE Certifications or equivalent automotive repair certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in luxury automotive repair is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous
