Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ, for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Audi vehicles at a state-of-the-art facility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting vehicle inspections, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and executing repairs while adhering to Audi's high-quality standards. The Technician will collaborate with the service team, communicate technical issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and precise work.
Qualifications
- Diagnostic and repair skills, including identifying mechanical, electrical, and technical issues and performing their resolution
- Experience in conducting routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments
- Proficiency with specialized automotive tools, equipment, and technology, including diagnostic software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow manufacturer specifications and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet service deadlines
- Relevant certification or training in automotive repair or maintenance (e.g., ASE certification) is highly advantageous
- Previous experience working with luxury or high-performance vehicles is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
