What are the responsibilities and job description for the AAM - Title Clerk - Albany Auto Group position at Audi Albany?
Northway Toyota, part of Albany Auto Group (Audi Albany and BMW of South Albany), is seeking a TITLE CLERK for our Latham dealership!
You will work with our Sales Consultants and F&I Managers to complete deals, take in stock, and handle stocking in trades. This is an integral position and must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties:
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV(s)
• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
• Match MSO to title paperwork to submit to DMV(s)
• Prepare and post checks in accounting system
• Receive plates from DMV and expedite to dealerships/customers
• Compile weekly title in transit report in Microsoft Excel
• Light accounting- balancing accounts
• Ability to grow within the position and organization
*Previous title experience required, but will train if you meet the above qualifications
• Notary or the ability to obtain a Notary Public is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable with good attendance, work ethic, and time management skills
• Professional, positive demeanor
• Valid, insurable driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Hiring rate is from $20 per hour.
