As an “Audi Brand Specialist” you will be an ambassador for Audi new and pre-owned vehicles. Our state-of-the-art showroom and service facility remodel was completed in 2016 and offers an easy and comfortable shopping and service experience. We pride ourselves on excellent customer interaction and satisfaction!
The Audi Brand Specialist will communicate with customers in person or through electronic media with the goal of determining the correct vehicle for their needs. They will commit to becoming an expert on vehicle information and technology. The Brand Specialist will introduce vehicles to prospective clients to demonstrate industry leading features, follow up with customers and continue business relations. They will also maintain contact with existing customers to ensure retention and confirm satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history, and 3 years of driving experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Timely and consistent attendance
- Flexible availability
- Ability to use the internet to retrieve, interact with, and follow up on prospects
- Must complete manufacturer product trainings and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
At least one year of previous automobile sales required.
