What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Rehabilitation Specialist - Golf Performance (DPT or DC) position at Audens Golf Performance?
Jacksonville, FL | Contractor (1099) | Part-Time to Start
About Audens Golf Performance
At Audens, we believe golf performance is bigger than the golf swing. We bring together golf coaching, physical therapy, strength & conditioning, and high-performance coaching under one roof to help athletes perform at a higher level and stay there.
Our model is built around assessment, collaboration, and performance management — helping athletes uncover what is truly limiting performance and building individualized plans to move them forward.
We work with competitive juniors, elite amateurs, college athletes, professionals, and serious golfers who want a higher level of care and performance support.
As we grow, we are looking to bring on 1–2 exceptional clinicians to support our integrated model.

- Enjoys working with motivated athletes and golfers
- Thinks beyond symptom management and toward long-term performance
- Works collaboratively with coaches and other providers
- Wants to be part of a high-performance, integrated environment
This is not a traditional high-volume clinic environment. We prioritize individualized care, performance outcomes, and collaborative planning across disciplines.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct movement, orthopedic, and performance evaluations
- Support athlete assessments and care planning
- Deliver rehabilitation and return-to-performance programming
- Help athletes improve movement quality, resilience, mobility, pain, recovery, and performance

- Contribute to a premium athlete experience and integrated care model
