This is a part-time, flexible schedule position that offers hands-on experience in event production, live broadcasts, brand marketing, social media, and more. If you love music, sports, and entertainment, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced media company, this is the perfect opportunity.
The anticipated salary range for Orlando-based individuals expressing interest in this position begins at 15.00/Hr.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
As a Promotions Assistant, You’ll Help Bring Our Brands To Life Through Events, Activations, And Daily Operations. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Event Support – Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts, and festivals. Manage brand activations, signage, equipment, and promotional assets.
- Content & Social Media – Capture and share photos/video from events, create content and contribute to station social media accounts, assist with event recap materials, and create digital assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.
- Contests & Promotions – Conduct sweepstakes/contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines.
- Office/Admin Support – Assist with contest & on site event activation preparation, equipment/promotional inventory, and general promotions team support.
- Brand Representation – Be a positive, inviting, and charismatic professional ambassador for Audacy brands at all times.
Required & Preferred:
Required:
- Must be outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift/carry event equipment.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and some short-notice shifts.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
- Prior customer-facing or event experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
