Auctions at Showplace is one of New York's leading auction houses, specializing in fine art, antiques, jewelry, decorative arts, and estate collections. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Auction Administrative Coordinator to support our auction operations and provide exceptional service to our clients and bidders.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve bidder registrations across multiple online auction platforms.
- Respond to bidder inquiries and platform messages
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of condition reports to prospective bidders.
- Generate and provide post-auction catalogs to the Sales and Cataloging teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service by answering phones and responding to general inquiries via email.
- Assist clients with phone, absentee, and in-person bidder registration.
- Coordinate scheduling of email marketing campaigns and auction platform banners.
- Enter and maintain sale information within our AI marketing platform.
- Track client concerns and service issues, ensuring they are documented, followed up on, and escalated when necessary so that no issue falls through the cracks.
- Support the auction team with general administrative duties before, during, and after each sale.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to execute directives, assist with cross-functional projects, and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications

Compensation
- Salary: $42,000–$45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
