Job Overview
We’re hiring a Fulfillment Associate/Sports Card Scanner to support the heart of our operations. This role includes picking and pulling orders, scanning sports cards, preparing images for auction listings, and ensuring all products are accurately organized within our system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excited about collectibles and auctions.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Fulfill orders – pull orders, order verification
o Pick (pull) customer orders accurately from inventory
o Double-check pulled orders for accuracy
· Product location inventory
o Put away items into correct shelf/bin locations
· Sports card scanning
o Scan sports cards using flatbed scanner
· Minimal photo editing
· Other warehouse tasks such as receiving, inventory
o Keep warehouse, shelving, and scanning stations clean and efficient
o Help improve workflow and organization over time
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks (scanning/editing)
- Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Excel, and photo uploads
- Quick learner and dependable
