Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance and support via telephone, Zoom virtual meeting, email and onsite for resetting passwords, wireless network connection, Canvas support, DUO 2-factor Authentication support, printer support, computer hardware/software support, and other equipment Sanitizes lab areas as students/users leave throughout the shift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn.
- Ability to commit to the work schedule established each semester and to arrive on time for work consistently.
- Helpful with a customer service-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively and congenially in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with computer hardware and software (desired). This job requires evening and/or weekend work outside of university business hours.
