The Department is accepting applications for Adjunct Instructors for possible openings in teaching lecture and laboratory sections of both majors and non-majors courses in Biological Sciences.
The Department may hire for the courses/subject areas listed below but this is not all-inclusive. Other openings may become available.
Potential Needs Include: Principles of Biology I & II; Anatomy & Physiology I & II; Microbiology; Genetics; Botany.
The final candidate(s) selected must have the ability to pass a comprehensive background screen.
Please complete the application and attach a CV (resume), list of professional teaching references, and a transcript documenting graduate coursework. An official transcript will be required upon hire.
A Master’s Degree with 18 graduate credit hours in content area (Biology) or in a related field is required. The Master’s Degree should be from a regionally-accredited college or university. Relevant teaching experience is preferred. Candidates with Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree may also apply as Adjunct Faculty.
