Daytime Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing.
• Assist in catering events by preparing drinks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Engage with members, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages in a fine dining setting.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of mixology techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and drink pricing.
• Experience in catering or fine dining establishments is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide high-quality service in various settings.
