Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and effective care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians, and accurately document patient care and related activities

• Educate guests and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to measure and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, medication lists, and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Ability to work a full-time schedule

• Solid understanding of nursing principles, theories, and practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
