What You’ll Do:

Cabinet Finishing
-
Apply stain, sealer, and topcoat to cabinet-related items.

Prime and/or paint necessary products.

Spray and wipe stain as required.

Spray sealer and topcoat on finished cabinet components.

Sand and prepare products prior to finishing.
-
Sand sealed products to prepare for topcoat application.

Color match custom stain samples provided by the sales team.

Production Staging & Preparation

Organize, sand, and stage cabinet face frames from assembly for finishing.

Assemble custom wood tops, shelves, floating shelves, aprons, and hoods using CAD drawings.

Organize and stage fibercore trim materials and CNC router components for production.

Identify and organize defective materials for return to vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Experience with woodworking or finishing is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or painting equipment.

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

Working knowledge of shop safety procedures.

High school diploma/GED or at least one year of related experience.
