What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician position at AuBurn Pharmacy?
AuBurn Pharmacy in Higginsville, MO is looking for a dedicated Part-time Pharmacy Technician. Hours of the store are 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday and Saturdays 9am - 12pm. Must be available any and all hours of operation. Shifts working approximately 20-29 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing consistent, knowledgeable service to customers and patients
- Assist in managing the safety, efficiency and integrity of operations within the pharmacy
- Accurate and efficient dispensing of medications
Qualifications and Skills:
Ideal candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Must have a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be flexible in assigned tasks. Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not required. Obtaining MO Pharmacy Technician Registration is required, if not already active. National Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus.
