AuBurn Pharmacy is excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity for a Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge (Pharmacy Manager) at our Eudora, Kansas location.
Our Eudora pharmacy serves a close-knit community with store hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. We are seeking a pharmacist who is passionate about community healthcare and is willing to relocate in order to become an active part of the community they serve.
As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, workflow management, patient care services, medication adherence programs, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), immunizations, and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who embraces innovation, enjoys building relationships with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A strong leader with excellent communication and people-management skills
- Customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively multitask
- Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable driving positive change
- Experienced in retail pharmacy operations and team leadership (preferred)
